Information kiosks
An information terminal, is often called as an information kiosk, placed in a public area and giving a specific information on client request has become an integral part of the interior of the banks, museums, public and educational institutions, airports, bus and train stations, commercial and service companies. The best and cost-effective solution for that purpose are Indoor information kiosks - they are of a lighter construction, they are not very specifically secured from environmental impact or vandalism.
Outdoor information kiosks are more robust, their electric and electronic circuits are reliably secured from potential environmental impact. They are an object of higher risk of vandalism, therefore, they are constructed in a way that the interactive elements used to enter the client's request are particularly secured.
Information kiosks can be equiped with a special control modules allowing to assure optimal operating conditions (temperature and humidity control and maintenance), to give the alarm signal about the trials of break-ins, to monitor their work remotelly and to detect the breakdowns.
On request, functionalities of the information kiosk can be expanded by adding a cash module, printer, card reader, etc.
