Equipment delivery
Your purchased equipment, devices or working parts can be delivered to any location in agreement with our company.
Equipment installation
The devices that due to their complexity cannot be prepared to function at the time of their purchase are installed by our specialists in the place of their exploitation. The installation work involve:
- The placement and anchoring (if necessary) of the device in the place of its exploitation and connecting it to power supply or/and IT networks
- The adjustment and putting the device into operation
- The testing of the device
Training of client's personnel
The user manual of a device is not always the fastest way to master the devices; therefore, our company provides the training for your staff:
- Introductory training
- Requested trainings
The introductory training, as a rule, are provided free of charge and are given at the time of the installation of the device. Requested trainings in limited size groups are given in the premises of the client or BANKSERVIS in agreement with the purchaser.
Consultations on phone or email are provided by a staff of our Help center. They are free of charge (apart from the regular operator charges) and are directed to speed up the resolution of minor or urgent issues - for answering the questions about the usage of the devices, for diagnosis and/or solutions of minor technical problems, etc.
Warranty service
Warranty service is an integral part of subject of the sale for any of our equipment, device or service (if the warranty is applicable). It is performed in place of the exploitation of the device in agreement with the client. On request the warranty service period may be extended for an additional fee. Our company always holds a reasonable amount of working parts in stock so that any technical problem would be solved in shortest time period.
After-warranty service and maintenance
Technical maintenance of the eqiuipment is a set of rules and preventive measures in order to:
- Preserve the equipment
- Save the cost on the maintenance of the equipment
- Improve the comfort of the usage of the equipment
Our extensive experience shows that preventive measures gives the owner of the equipment a long-term economic effect.

If because of the specifics of the client's operations the equipment cannot be paused even for a short time, our company provides an alternate device for the period of service.

Inspection of the technical condition of the equipment
After the visit of our specialist or the delivery of your device to our Service department, a detailed report will be issued, which will include information about:
- The technical state of the device
- The defects of the device and the price of their elimination
- Technical-economic recommendations about the further exploitation of the device
Lease of equipment
Equipment lease is a good way to receive the comfort of using bank and office devices without actually purchasing them. Moreover, the lease conditions of our equipment also allows for a better planning of your operating costs.
Our company provides devices for a long and short term lease. The price of the lease apart from the price of the lease of the device itself, in agreement with the client may also include:
- The technical service of the device
- The cleaning and technical maintenance of the device
- Consumables and spare parts
- Supply of an alternate device
After the lease term is over, the client gets a preemption to buy that particular device.
